Senior Project Manager, Digital Experience

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager, Digital Experience to lead a re-envisioning of their platform for customers and business users.

Senior Project Manager Role Details:

• Lead the research and investigation of requirements. Analyse the information required by our customers, and in which format, to drive the resulting solution.
• Integrating with our customer messaging systems to deliver personalized customer notification and alerts across all aspects of the customer journey in a timely way. To provide the sailing related information necessary for customers to plan their journey, drive engagement and improve the customer experience.
• The main activities to be performed for the project are:
  • Resource Acquisition;
  • Confirm Scope, Schedule & Budget;
  • Requirements gathering;
  • Initial Implementation plan creation;
  • Vendor Demonstrations;
  • Operationalization Planning;
  • RFP and Vendor Selection;
  • Detailed Business Case (DBC);
  • System implementation;
  • Training; and
  • Transition to Sustainment

• Transportation/Airline Experience in developing systems that deliver air/sailing status information, customer notifications and the associated messaging systems and channels
• Multi-channel experience (Web, Mobile App, Social Media, eNewsletter, email, SMS, ticketing kiosks, digital signage, third party sites)
• Understanding of customer journeys and associated KPI’s
• Understanding of strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement
• Experience of projects that leverage data analysis to show information such as sailing status, standby status, parking lot availability, bus arrival times, vessel arrival times or travel capacity. This includes integration of 3rd party data like traffic and weather.
• Experience of projects that integrates and combines multiple data sources.
• Microsoft Project
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering large projects from initiation through to implementation.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams, running workshops and presenting to Executives, Business Owners and Stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• An achievement oriented individual, who proposes creative and effective solutions for business opportunities and ensures the respective projects align with strategic business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to understand problems, find, alternatives and approaches to come up with solutions and takes the initiative to drive a problem to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive toward results, and ensure high-quality standards and complete requirements are met.
