MHIRJ is seeking a Sr. Information Security Analyst who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve people’s lives. You’ll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team. This position will report to the Manager of Information Technology

In your role, you will:

Information security

• Responsible for business continuity assessments
• Responsible for business risk assessments
• Responsible for third party risk assessments
• Responsible for reviewing and writing internal information security policies including annual reviews
• Responsible for new project security risk evaluation and feedback
• Responsible for preparing, evaluating and maintaining security exception

Cybersecurity

• Responsible for patch management review
• Responsible for vulnerability scan analysis
• Responsible for applying vulnerability fix to production system
• Responsible for review and investigating security incidents/events
• Responsible for penetration testing (Burpsuite/OwaspZap/SQLMap) Web & API
• Responsible for managing web application firewall

Complementary tasks/responsibilities

• Evaluate and participate in new project/product designs and complex architecture solutions.
• Participates in new sites solution designs and setups, including the physical infrastructure.
• Follow standard administrative processes, and procedures for supporting Production environments.
• Maintain relationships with critical IT infrastructure service providers and ensure appropriate tasks are managed by in place service providers.
• Lead network disaster recovery initiatives as required.
• Perform software & hardware upgrades / patches on firewalls, network switches.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate :

• You have a Bachelor's degree in information technology or any equivalent relevant experience
• You hold 10+ years of IT Information Security and/or Cybersecurity experience
• Experience with Azure cloud platform is highly desirable.
• You have demonstrated experience in architecting, deploying and management of infrastructure solutions.
• Past experience working directly in implementations is highly desirable.
• Have a strong understanding of both engineering and coding.
• You have experience migrating or transforming customer solutions to the cloud.
• You have experience with common enterprise solutions (i.e., Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, VMWare, PLM, HPC etc.)
• You are bilingual (French and English) and have strong verbal and written communications skills in both languages.
• Experience writing and publishing technical white papers will be considered an asset.
