As a security officer at a Government building, you will be dealing with the general public. Quality, service and customer satisfaction are at the heart of our customers' priorities.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing physical security to our client and its customers / visitors, greet and assist general public.
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including report writing / note taking.
• Communicating with visitors, customers, and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
• Preserving a positive, productive work environment through positive teamwork

What we’re looking for

• Valid Provincial Security Guard licence, Valid Standard First Aid and CPR.
• Residence in Canada. (Person with "Reliability status security clearance" is an asset)
• Minimum High school education/equivalency.
• Flexible availability to work in different shifts.
• Provincial Driving License (G2/G or Equivalent) will be an asset.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
• Customer service oriented.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment.
