We are growing our team of Bilingual Tax Software Support Specialists.
What will you do in this role ?
As a Seasonal Tax Software Support Specialist -Bilingual French/English you will:
- Resolve technical issues
- Assist and escalate when appropriate if client cannot process a payment and escalate a refund request
- Ability to deescalate difficult customers /clients.
- Ensure customers are educated on available services, as well of providing a comprehensive information related to the Services.
- Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic, genuine service experiences
- Drive a positive impression as it relates to the clients product, services and help to make them a promoter
- Take care of Customers concerns and work in a Team environment
- Work in a fast pace, busy environment during Tax Peak season
Who You Are:
As Seasonal Tax Software Support Specialist your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- Strong English and French communication (speaking and writing) skills are vital
- Firm understanding of North American culture
- Have completed your own taxes is beneficial
- Ability to educate and upsell Services
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build customer relationships to help ensure they remain a promoter of the clients products and services
- Ability to manage a customer’s anxiety as is relates to their taxes
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experiencebility to investigate customers issues to provide resolution and log customer interactions
- Available to work between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am-9pm EST and Sat-Sun 10am-7pm EST
