SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Production Associate(s) to join our team. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, a Production Associate will work alongside a team of unionized hourly plant production employees. The holder of this position will be apart of the production facility in Huntsville, Ontario and will be responsible for assisting in all areas of the plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Being able to work alone without constant supervision

· Being comfortable with physical demands of movements such as repetitive upper body movements, reaching, crouching, and being able to work in tight areas

· Adapting to a team oriented and fast paced work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must have strong time management skills

· Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction

· Understanding the importance of health and safety protocols in the workplace

· Excellent, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills along with great listening skills and attention to detail

POSITION DETAILS

· Work in a team environment

· This job requires 3-shift rotation working 8 hour days (M-A-D) with the possibility of moving to 12 hour shifts depending on production
