Who are we seeking to join our team?
GoCo is seeking a “Product Analyst”.
The Product Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of GoCo products from idea generation to end of life. The candidate will have the lead responsibility for implementing processes to support the launch of products throughout the organization. Strong organization, problem solving skills and attention to detail are a must. You are a self-starter and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
You will contribute to the team by performing the following:
- Ensure that the processes to order, provision, support and bill new products are fully defined and implemented
- Provide product definition and pricing related field support to sales and other departments
- Maintain price list, data sheets, product reference guides and other sales tools
- Lead responsibility for managing the product portfolio
- Analyze competitive activity, customer feedback, and industry trends in order to recommend potential new product upgrades and refinements
- Develop customized pricing and services for select sales opportunities
- Drive the development of the NPI across the GoCo organization.
- Create and provide formal product training sessions to sales and fulfillment teams
- Collaborate with GoCo partners and vendor to advance the company’s and the team’s appreciation of their product and solution offerings.
- Negotiate and optimize GoCo’s cost model in terms of procurement and funds to enable MDFs and sales training and development.
What do you bring to the team?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSP or IT business; cloud computing experience an asset
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Voice, Internet and networking products and services for business customers
- Ability to manage and reconcile the needs of GoCo’s sales, marketing, service delivery and technical support teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism an asset
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented
- Degree or diploma in business or marketing preferred or computer science.
- Product Management experience is an asset
