Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the coordination of production flow to ensure productivity
• Deal with customer concerns and delivery issues
• Making and posting of weekly schedule
• Run ads and interview / hire new employees
• Supervise, coach, manage and mentor new and existing production employees
• Run and manage the company health and safety program
• Review, manage and adjust production to meet customers’ varying needs
• Ensure a safe work environment for the staff and to promote health and safety
• This is a hands on position, at times, so please be prepared to step into any role within the plant and work, when needed
• Schedule start time and end time subject to change
• Weekends off are not guaranteed
• Report to and assist General Manager with other production-related duties

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and proven leadership ability
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a production environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
