Office Assistant Job at T&A Electric Inc
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle as well as the following qualifications:
· Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe
· Exceptional attention to detail (Extremely important)
· Ability to multi-task while staying focused
· Punctual, dependable and devoted (Extremely important)
· Can work alone and/or with others
· Proficient typing skills
· Ability to take detailed notes
· Organized & efficient
· Spelling & Grammar
Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Typing memos and emails, taking meeting notes
- Answering phones
- Contacting suppliers
- Shopping & errands
- Pick up & drop off materials at project sites
- Health & Safety
- Sorting and filing email attachments
- Printing blueprints and counting devices required for projects
- Ordering office supplies and merchandise
- Making spreadsheets
- Keeping track of new and ongoing jobs
