SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum one year of relevant experience

· You have Red Seal Millwright certification

· Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite

· Excellent mathematical and mechanical skills

· Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Detailed Description of Duties:

· Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures

· Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions

· Operate hoisting/lifting device and operate machine tools as needed

· Install, align, take apart, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment using appropriate tools

· Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts

· Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery

· Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controls

· Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery

· Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time available

Pay Range: $42.00 per hour + eligible premiums (+ $8.00 Night Shift Premium)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday (unless 4 x 10 hour shifts)
• Various shifts times available
