A growing national life insurance brokerage in Canada is looking for a Life Insurance Administrator to help process insurance applications for our clients.

Working as part of the team, you will perform a broad range of integral functions for the Company’s underwriting and policy implementation operations, including processing and managing applications, engaging in direct discussions, and scheduling with clients and following up with medical providers. These activities will collectively drive improved efficiency and accuracy in the Company’s administrative work-streams, improving operational performance for the business.

Your role will include:

• Working as part of the team, following established processes to manage large volumes of individual life insurance applications based on the planning we offer to clients.
• Collect and organize client information prior to application submission to major insurance companies
• Track completeness of the application files up until the policies are issued and follow up as needed to collect additional information from clients or their doctors and schedule medical follow ups
• Engage in direct discussions and scheduling with base-level clients
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client information
