Integrated Insights Intern Job at Novartis
As part of the Business Excellence & Execution Team, this internship will focus on supporting the integrated insights team.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist with monthly insight generation and process
- Identify trends, market and brand insights, to drive actionable recommendations to the business
- Lead projects to continuously help drive improvements to dashboards, reports, and digital areas
- Collaborate with all brand stakeholders across the business with regards to insights

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in related field (Business, Marketing) is required
- Strong leadership skills (leadership without authority) and ability to set a clear direction, manage multifunctional extended teams and network effectively
- Strategic agility: the successful candidate can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective; is future oriented; can clearly articulate a vision and possibilities; can create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills, and solid presentation skills.
- Bilingual: English and French
