Inside Sales Rep - Bilingual Montreal Job at GAP Wireless

The Inside Sales Representative reports to the Sales Support Manager. The job incumbent will be part of dynamic and diverse team of professionals and will support sales and marketing team and respond to customer and prospect queries. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We expect the job candidate to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
Job Responsibilities
o Makes outgoing calls to a large number of potential clients each day. Goal is up to 60 customer contacts per day
o Determines if customers are interested in our company offerings
o Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
o Input data, manage and maintain existing CRM System with call data
o Routes all successful inquiries to the correct sales rep for follow up
o Support with day to day quoting for customers
o Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
o Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant issues
o Preparing and sending quotes for Outside Sales Reps
o Developing and monitoring performance indicators
o Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
o Answering all inbound phone calls to main line
o Assist walk-in customers and ensure high level of customer service
o Ensuring current promotions and best pricing is applied to quotation
o Review pending orders and specific client requests to ensure excellent customer experience
o Responsible for answering customer inquiries and scheduling meetings with customers about their order status
o Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
o Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
o Record trends/analogous data sets based on past successes in order to create more accurate forecasts, so the company is able offer better service going forward
o Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Education & Experience
o 2-5 years of inside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
o Computer proficiency is a must. Working experience with Microsoft Office Products or related software
o Experience navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and articulating value propositions to customers
o Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
o Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
o Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
o Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
