We seek a talented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our group. A unique opportunity to provide support within a collection of small businesses and shared interests. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, training & development.

Monday – Friday with Flexible hours 30-40 hrs per week

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with leadership teams to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support them.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance management, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development planning.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR processes are documented and adhered to.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to identify qualified candidates.

Key requirements of this position include:

• Proven knowledge within an HR role
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong initiative, decisiveness and follow through.
• An optimistic and engaging communication style

Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset for this position but is not a requirement.
