Dentara Cabinets Ltd. is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing shop primarily serving builders, contractors, and developers across the lower mainland. Dentara is based in Abbotsford and has been in business for over 29 years.
Who You Are
You are a motivated hard worker with a with a willingness to learn and a strong drive towards ensuring work is done well, safely, and efficiently.
You will be operating the Beam Saw, table saws, and edge bader as support to the cutting department. You must physically capable of lifting and maneuvering 50+ lbs.
Basic computer proficiency is important for use of the Beam Saw, and ideally you have some experience using construction tools, namely table saws.
This position is typically Monday to Friday shifts, 12:00PM - 8:30PM, but may transition to Day Shift (7:30AM - 4:00PM) from time to time.
Afternoon shift receives a $2/hr premium on top of base wage on all afternoon shift worked.
Experience in kitchen manufacturing is an asset but not required. Experience using a forklift is also an asset, but not required.
Reliability, dependability and a positive attitude are musts. This role reports to the Shop Foreman.

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
