WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will visit dealers within your district to present and promote Kimpex products. You will participate in the pursuit of our growth by identifying business development potential in the powersports industry.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

• Manage sales operations in the assigned territory (Lower mainland, Sea to Sky and Vancouver Island)
• Meet with the dealers on a regular basis and enter into strategic sales agreements
• Promote Kimpex’ products and participate in the development of promotional programs to increase sales
• Support dealers and bring forward practical solutions to improve customers’ satisfaction and growth
• Validate inventory records, help dealers throughout booking process and assess their requirements
• Participate in competitive intelligence tactics, contact potential clients and seek new business opportunities
• Provide monthly schedule, calendars, call reports to the Sales Director
• Manage sample accounts in accordance with Kimpex’ policies
• Attend client events, sales meetings and trade shows

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Post-secondary degree in business administration or equivalent experience
• Previous sales management experience, ideally 3 to 5 years as a District Manager
• Passionate about Powersports industry (ATV, Motorcycle, Snowmobile and Marine)
• Computer proficiency with Office 365 and CRM
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Must reside in or be willing to travel within lower mainland, Sea to Sky and Vancouver Island (assume frequent road, overnight and abroad travels sometimes)
