Overview:

Excalibur Trailers is a Canadian powersports trailer manufacturer specializing in boat and marine trailer applications. For the last 20+ years, Excalibur has grown into one of Canada's largest trailer manufacturers.

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service representative will be responsible to aid customers in any inquiries that they may have.
Common calls are to assist customers in determining the correct trailer for their needs, and advise on price and availability. The Customer Service representative will schedule trailer pickups with customers, assist in trailer hookups, and address any issues they may have.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide various types of support such as responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, data processing.
• Extensive contact with Customer verbally, and using email/telephone to problem solve.
• Research and follow up on customer concerns and respond to all inquiries.
• Provide customers with detailed information regarding their orders.
• Enter and retrieve customer information.
• Follow up on Customer orders to ensure on time service and expected delivery dates are met.
• Pro-active communication with Customers.
• Answering phone inquiries for Customer Care and pick up requests.

• Ability to rapidly learn and perform tasks related to the department or units regulations, policies, rules, functions, procedures or processes.
• Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job function.

NEW LOCATION (Mid-Late 2023): Cookstown, ON
