WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

• Project management experience
• Degree in construction, engineering, planning, architecture, or business management OR 10+ years in the construction industry
• Extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
• Ability to manage expenditures of significant amounts of money
• Strong negotiating skills and closing abilities
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
