To support the growth of the business, we are looking for a hands-on, YUL based, Branch Management Assistant.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Branch procedures: Help facilitate procedure updates and communicate company information to employees.

Suppliers Payments: Control and audit the suppliers invoices and payments flows

Team Management Support: Assist the Branch Manager Team Management functions

Inventory: Assist in Inventory control

Expedite Purchase Orders: Call vendors and inquire on status of inbound orders.

Team Support: Answer calls and facilitate messages to appropriate parties.

Office Management: Supplies, Communication, Documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • MS Officesuite
  • Excel is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems a plus
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English and French. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.
  • Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Able to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
  • Complete all duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour
