HR Operations Administrative Support

We are currently looking for an HR Operations Administrative Support for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

What is in it for you:

· Salary of $23.71/h

· Hybrid position – Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office

· Flexible full time work schedule – 9 AM to 5 PM, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

· 6-month contract with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team by managing Recruitment Coordination activities such as, interview arrangement, raise/adjudicate background check, facilitate onboarding and orientation.

· Format job descriptions for internal/external and niche site postings.

· Coordinate and schedule Interviews between applicants and hiring managers.

· Initiate and complete pre-employment screening process, tracking, follow-up, and costs.

· Initiate and manage background checks by coordinating with candidates and background check vendor.

· Align with other functional HR departments to ensure an effective flow of information and a consistent approach.

· Assist with recruitment operations related special projects as assigned.

· Help our extended HR operations team as needed.

What you will need to succeed:

· Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.

· Fully Bilingual – French/English.

· 2 to 3 years of administrative experience.

· Organized, detailed and fast learner.

· Team player.

· Strong customer service and communication skills, experience with candidate databases.

· Great knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.

· Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities; can work independently.

· Strong interpersonal Flexible and adaptable and ability to work in a changing environment.

· A background in HR is preferred but not required.

· Workday Experience is an asset.
