Administrative Assistant – Our Client is seeking a candidate to assist the Human Resources Team at their manufacturing operations by helping to facilitate an Employee Engagement Survey and complete other tasks as requested.

As an Administrative Assistant, you have good computer literacy, have strong attention to detail and are cooperative when you are asked to complete tasks. You have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with others in an on-site work environment.

Compensation and Work Schedule
Term: Approximately 4 weeks' work
Start date: January 2023
Reg. Hrs./Wk.: 25-30 hours/week
Work Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $18/hour
Work location/environment: Port Hope, ON (Office space located at an industrial facility)

Qualifications and Education
- Previous administration work experience
- Good technical acumen; comfortable working with technology and instructing others how to use technology
- Experience working in a people-facing role
- Experience working with a high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Assist employees in completing an Employee Engagement Survey
- Provide technical instruction/support so that employees can complete the Employee Engagement Survey correctly
- Track Survey completion and ensure completion targets are met
- Complete other administration tasks as requested

Required Conditions
Candidates must complete a background check, criminal record check, pre-employment screening and be eligible to work in Canada.
