Job Description:
This role provides clerical support to the entire New Business organization. You will work with the systems AURA and OnBase. This is a centralized role that supports Canada Life and products (life and living benefits).

What you will do
  • Accurate Separating & Indexing of all incoming new images in OnBase
  • Manage the unmatched evidence queue to ensure evidence is attached to the appropriate application as soon as possible during the underwriting process.
  • Complete process of sending authorization for requests for Physicians reports
  • Manage requests and receipt of shared evidence with other insurance carriers
  • Open and distribute paper mail received
  • Manage faxes received and directs to the appropriate staff
  • Manual MIB searches
  • Sending evidence for MIB requests for information
  • Ensure MIB hits receive underwriter review
  • Contacting other insurance companies to secure shared evidence
  • Support other members of the New Business department with clerical duties
  • Assemble Life Insurance Contracts at London HO (hybrid-flex work style)
